Mijn Yamaha XJ6 is een fijne en toegankelijke allround motor waar ik zelf met veel plezier op rijd. De 600cc viercilinder loopt heerlijk soepel en heeft meer dan genoeg vermogen wanneer je dat nodig hebt, terwijl de motor tegelijkertijd voorspelbaar en makkelijk te rijden blijft. Ik vind hem ideaal voor eigenlijk alle soorten ritten. Hij stuurt lekker makkelijk over bochtige binnenwegen, is comfortabel genoeg voor een hele dag toeren en ook op de snelweg rijdt hij prima. Of je nu een dagje door Nederland wilt toeren of een wat langere rit wilt maken, je voelt je er snel op thuis. Wat ik zelf vooral leuk vind aan mijn XJ6 is de combinatie van comfort en plezier. Je kunt er heel ontspannen mee rijden, maar als je het gas wat verder opendraait zit er genoeg pit in om er ook sportief plezier mee te hebben. De viercilinder levert zijn vermogen mooi soepel en klinkt lekker als je hem wat meer toeren laat maken. Kortom: mijn XJ6 is een betrouwbare, comfortabele en vooral erg leuke motor waarmee je eigenlijk alle kanten op kunt!
