Rental agreement and documents

Once the rental request has been paid by the renter, you will have a rental agreement and the Transfer Form, Green Card and European Claim Form will be visible in your dashboard.

As the owner, you do not need to fill in anything on the last two documents. However, it is important to give them to the renter of your motorcycle. In the event of a breakdown or damage, the documents must be consulted and completed.

Tip 1

Download the Green Card and the European Accident Statement and send them to the renter by email or WhatsApp. The renter will then always have the documents with them on their mobile phone.

You and the tenant fill in the transfer form at the beginning and end of the rental period. Together with the tenant, you check:

• the details;
• you go through the BRAVOK safety check;
• you fill in the number of kilometres;
• and you indicate any damage.

Download the Handover Form from your account. Open it with the programme on your mobile when the tenant comes to pick up the motorbike.

Tip 3

Downloading from your computer? First send the document to yourself by email. You can then open the file with Adobe Fill & Sign on your mobile phone from your mailbox.

You can now fill in the Transfer Form digitally and sign it together with the tenant. Make sure you have filled in the following points:

• number of kilometres,
• checkboxes ticked,
• signed by the tenant and landlord.

Tip 4

Once you have gone through everything and signed it, save the file as a PDF and send it to the tenant (for example by email or WhatsApp).

When the tenant returns the motorcycle, go through the Transfer Form again and fill in the final details.

Once the kilometres driven have been added and the motorcycle has been checked for damage, the lessee and lessor should add their digital signatures. Complete the rental period by saving the document as a PDF and forwarding it to the lessee.
